30-Day Return Window
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligible Returns
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging
- Tags and labels must still be attached
- Non-customized items are fully returnable within 30 days
Customized Items
Because customized jerseys are made to your exact specifications, they are not returnable unless they arrive defective or damaged. Please inspect your order carefully — if there is a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it free of charge.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please take photos and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
How to Start a Return

- We'll provide a return shipping label and instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Drop off the package at the designated shipping location
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, you may exchange non-customized items within 30 days. A new shipping charge may apply for the replacement.
